About Us

Louisiana CATFISH Kitchen, LLC was established on June 20, 2007, as sole Ownership.  On November 26, 2007, Louisiana CATFISH Kitchen became a dual Partnership between two early childhood friends, both born and reared in southern Louisiana.  One a graduate of Grambling State University, Grambling, Louisiana and the other of Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  On May 3, 2008, Louisiana CATFISH Kitchen officially opened its doors in Riverdale, GA and became fully operational to the general public for serving.

Our Mission
Louisiana Catfish Kitchen will strive to be the premier Catfish Restaurant in the local marketplace. We want our guests to receive a great meal and have a dining experience that is as pleasing to the senses as it is to the plate.  We will provide a unique experience that will set us apart from our competitors.
Our main focus will be to serve fresh top quality U.S. Farm-raised Catfish at an unbelievable price!  We will offer great service within a clean environment.  We will also feature a variety of freshly prepared catfish and other traditional Louisiana Entrees on our menu that are full of flavor and zest.
Customer satisfaction is paramount.  We will strive for broad appeal.  We want to be the restaurant of choice for everyone: families, couples and singles, young and old, male and female.
